Is survey genuine?

I’ve just had an email asking me to complete a survey as I’ve decided to leave Virgin

i hadn’t decided to leave so not sure if the survey was from a genuine source

VirginMediaCommunitySupport@virginmedia.co.uk

looks genuine and contains an account number but it’s not my account number

Sounds a fake survey and the "Virginmediacommunitysupport" sounds like a fake email address to me.  Don't fill it in, don't click on any links in the email.

Thanks for replying. Not sure how I managed it but I pasted the wrong email address. The survey email came from

YourOpinion@survey.virginmedia.co.uk
