In correct bank detials

Hello, I have spoken on the phone endless times about this now it's becoming a joke I have submitted a complaint not heard anything back.

My direct debit leaves my Halifax account always has. 

But since upgrading to the oomph package I have tried to get myself a handset also. 

But I am being told I bank with HSBC and I have never banked with them before. 

Yet virgin are telling me I do apparently I have a HSBC email address aswell which I don't.

When I access my account on line it shows my Halifax details 

And my actually Google email address so I would like to know  where you are getting this hsbc details from and why I can not see them. 

 

Im starting to think my account has been breached
