I have just checked my credit score and someone is using my name on an account along with an old address. This is not me and it is effecting my score as they are in debt. I tried phoning no one could help me unless i had the account password which i don't have because it's not my account and they told me to complain but to do so i would need an account which i dont have. Some one please please help me
