Identity fraud

I need to speak to someone at Virgin, I have had a DD taken from my account from you but I have no products from virgin media and never have had. I have raised an indemnity claim through my bank account. I need to make sure this does not happen again.

Re: Identity fraud

I would recommend contacting Action Fraud if you haven't done so already, the best time to get through to someone at Customer Services would probably be around 8 AM when they 1st open.

Just a tip if you have not done this already.

If you can view the direct debits that have been set up in your online banking, the Virgin Media direct debit will show the VM account number as the reference for that DD.

If you can quote that reference it should enable the authorities to quickly identify the VM broadband or mobile contract that is being settled by DD from your bank account.
