I am an existing Virgin Mobile customer. I have received delivery of two mobile phones from Virgin. They were ordered in my name using my address. I DID NOT ORDER THEM - someone is using my identity and I URGENTLY NEED HELP.
I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to reach Virgin for the last 24 hours. Waiting up to 40 minutes after calling 789.
WILL SOMEONE FROM THE VIRGIN FRAUD DEPARTMENT PLEASE CONTACT ME??
