I've been hacked, please help

Hi, I keep getting emails about password changes, login changes etc. 

I've tried logging into virgin Media but I can't. I've tried clicking on forgot password and then it doesn't recognise the email I put in there. 

Emails are now being deleted which is worrying. 

I've changed passwords on my banking apps / websites too. 

Can anyone from virgin Media get me back in and change my password please?
