I made mistakenly 2 order

Hi

2 weeks ago I decide join to virgin media. I started to fill on the web site. But installation date to late so I didn't complete registration. After day someone calls me as a virgin media and tries to help to complete my order. Then they say your installation will be in 2-3 days. But no one comes for installation and I try to reach many times that number but couldn't get a response. I also didn't get any email so I decide to make a new order. I finished my second order on 22 Jun. Today I connect virgin media chat for the rescheduled installation date. We realized my first order is live and they will come 01-07. So can we cancel my last order? I got an order number If you need it. Thank you so much

Wouldn’t worry about it can’t have 2 accounts at one house so second one will be void
