Is not a Virgin Media customer services number?
A noisy call centre background and a heavily accented voice who claimed to be called Mark from Virgin Media telling me that apparently every time I went online it was slowing down the system because of files downloading ....
Hung up at that point. Would hate to have missed a genuine call from VM (just kidding) because my phone is the only connected device currently but I doubt even VM's fragile system would be affected by my three or so emails a day.
