I am losing my mind. I completely forgot this existed and I have no way of getting help with my bill without knowing it. I recently cleaned my mail box too. No old emails are there to show it. I really need to reset it, can anyone please help?

Call them up and they may talk to you if you can give all your details inc account number and what packages you are on added to how much your last bill was.
