I can’t pass security

Can’t pass security. How do I get a new one?  Haven’t used it for years

Hi Poppy6,

Contact VM with your query. If when calling you don't input any details then the phone should be picked up by an agent who will be able to ask you other questions as part of DPA to confirm you are the account holder. The questions are usually along the lines of account number, date of last bill, amount of payment, bank sort code. 

Whilst speaking to them you can ask them to send a password reminder. The phone password should be on the documentation you received when first setting up your account. It's usually something like mothers maiden name, place of brith, first school etc.
