I had my emails shut down due to unusual activity. I was sent a letter and told that i had to change my password which i did. However, when i try to access my email, i got a message saying that i have to contact Virginmedia and i cannot get into the emails at all. Virginmedia Support keep sending me to this forum, i have text to receive a call and got no phone call. I have tried the call back system and received no call back either. In the meantime, I still have no way of accessing my emails.
It says your mailbox is not available at the moment and tells me to telephone the number. I have changed the password but i seem to be stuck in a loop because i just get the same response when i try to log in.
