I can not access my emails

I had my emails shut down due to unusual activity. I was sent a letter and told that i had to change my password which i did. However, when i try to access my email, i got a message saying that i have to contact Virginmedia and i cannot get into the emails at all. Virginmedia Support keep sending me to this forum, i have text to receive a call and got no phone call. I have tried the call back system and received no call back either. In the meantime, I still have no way of accessing my emails.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you are having email issues. What happens when you use the password reset option on the website?

It says your mailbox is not available at the moment and tells me to telephone the number. I have changed the password but i seem to be stuck in a loop because i just get the same response when i try to log in.
