i was surpose to be installed today
so I cancelled my sky contract
after 5 years
only to have no engineer
turn up ,
I called virgin
to ask why
they told me
it’s been cancelled due to a fraud
No emails from them
I did have a auto call
the day before
asking if it’s ok to install the 14th((today))
there more then happy to set up a direct debit and confirm it with the bank ,,
but not tell me it’s been cancelled
now my children have no internet for online school
I was on hold on the phone for over an hour just to be cut off
so I had to do the same again
for an hour
I’m very disappointed ..if they was to call me I could prove anything they asked
any advice please !
