I’ve tried to turn on child safe a few times today but keep getting the error message shown on the top of this screenshot.. Any ideas? I’m using an IPhone 12 if that makes a difference?

When signed in try going to https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/onlinesecurity/websafe/settings to see if the old UI lets you make the changes.

Have you tried to do what @用心棒 suggested on their previous post? If you have and this has made no difference we would need to get this looked into further from here.
