Hi, 

Has anyone managed to reset a password on a old blueyonder email address that they no longer have active service on? My account was never deleted after the 90 days and now someone has obtained the password via a leak online and i'm unable to reset this due to being unable to login to the my virgin section, has anyone managed away around this or can someone from the admin team PM me?

I've just joined with exactly the same problem, left virgin over 2 years ago and just found that my old blueyonder email has been hacked (emails still show on phone although don't check often). I can't remember password so just want to delete the email address. Can a moderator help?

The VM forum staff need to put in a request for the account to be deleted. They will reply here within a few days.
