This evening could not get into my hub 3 settings again , it keeps happening regularly.-someone already logged in
The 192.168.0.1 webpage would not log in saying "someone already logged in" so I rebooted the hub and fault still there.
Rang 150 and the auto reset signal corrected the probem and this allowed me to log in.
However the diagnostics do not work in the home page of settings, it just logs out the page at 20%.
Also connection issues with web page logs out after a minute and flags a notice can not establish connection with 192.168.0.1 and a busy warning.
Broadband speed is good at full speed 100mb + on ethernet
So was someone else into my hub?
This happens regularly and I have posted recently on this.
There must be a reason for this recuring log in problem such as a faulty hub or need a a pin reset but already done this twice and problem still keeps happening.
I am considering buying my own router perhaps a tp link ax3000 and using modem mode, would this be a solution to the hub3 faults I keep getting, but not sure how to set up my own router, and would it be more secure and reliable than using the hub 3 router.
I checked the service status in my virgin media online account-
Good news, we didn't find any network issues. However, the problem may be with your in-home connection.
It is a concern that today I did all my banking online and paying bills and yet my hub settings page is being accessed by "someone else", and worried about hackers who could have access to my hub or could it be virgin blocking access to my hub for some reason?-am I at risk here?
