Gone away form

Hi there, I’ve recently signed up for Virgin Broadband and received an email confirming my order and installation date. I then received an email saying a ‘gone away’ form has been submitted from a different address and now I can’t get in contact with Virgin. I’m concerned as my card details are attached and I’m due to have my broadband installed today.
