Hi there, I’ve recently signed up for Virgin Broadband and received an email confirming my order and installation date.
One day latter, i received an email saying a ‘gone away’ form has been submitted from a different address and now I can’t get in contact with Virgin by phone due to the corona virus.
Now i don't know if my order is up or no, since i didn't filled up any gone away form.

I don't know why they send the "gone away email" to me and not to the old customer....
I can't get in touch with the sales team, and i need a broadband so i can work from home...
