Virgin Media has blocked my website with a virus alert and after 5 days of calling Go Daddy they say the problem lies with VM however I have no way of contacting VM.

Re: Go Daddy website blocked by VM - Please Help.

I can access the site without difficulty so VM are not blocking it. VM will only block sites because of a court order or because of notification that the site has unacceptable material on it. Your site is clean. I have just scanned it with a site checker.  Here are the possibilities. Go Daddy is blocking your VM IP address specifically. Back to them to resolve it. You might have virus safe or more likely child safe turned on. Turn them off. If you want to you can post a trace route here to the site and we'll take a look.

Web Safe, specifically Virus Safe, is blocking www.sport-80.com as can be confirmed with the nslookup command; Cloudflare, Google and Quad9 DNS queries return an IP Address of 160.153.136.3 whereas Virgin Media return 81.99.162.48 (lang-sspiprxy.network.virginmedia.net).

Re: Go Daddy website blocked by VM - Please Help.

VirusTotal result shows Fortinet and Sophos detections so it would be a good idea to raise a false positive report with them and, if you are a Virgin Media customer report it here Report a website, otherwise try here or emailing websafefeedback@virginmedia.co.uk.

Be aware some security vendors will not de-list your website until they have some confidence that no more malware is being hosted on the website; this maybe via a measure of time during which the website remains malware free.
