Certainly looks like a scam email. The number that it was sent from is likely to be spoofed and isn't a valid VM number.
You should contact your bank immediately and get the account for which you disclosed details suspended immediately.
Change all your passwords and report the fraud to Action fraud https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/
