Hi I have had an account that is active in my name since 2015 at an old address I haven’t lived at for over 7 years I would like to know how I can get this sorted as when I ring I can’t get any joy apart from them wanting to sell me a package.

Glad to have got to the bottom of this with it being Virgin Active and not us.

That sounds about right all they want to do is change ur package. I wouldn’t be surprised if the package was changed even though u don’t know about it . I’m sick of the int call centers like u said all they want is the commission from signing up new contracts

If you read the posts you will see that this particular thread is nothing to do with VMO2 changing packages and agents receiving commission, but instead relates to Virgin Active
