Fraud

I've found there's a fraudulent account in my name from an address I lived at 15 years ago an definitely closed , I've been living abroad for the last 10 years now back in the UK,  this account is in arrears an effecting my credit , I phoned virgin an customer services cut me off twice wasting nearly 10 pounds of phone credit please can someone help
