I have received an iPhone which I did not order following a telephone call which claimed to be from Virgin media. The scammers new my bank account details and when I received my mobile invoice a last week I see that there is a new telephone number on my account and an iPhone cost of £1110.
I called Virgin mobile and I have sent the device back to Virgin. The return address sent to me by the scammers was

I have complained to Virgin a still no one has called me regarding this serious data breach.
Does anyone have a telephone number that I can call to get action taken on this.
I feel very uncomfortable with the security around Virgin and I am thinking that I should cancel both my media and mobile accounts. Any help would be appreciated
