I use for lots of other sites, yet when offered by virgin, it all goes pear shape......why virgin is the basics so hard!!

Fingerprint authentication with VM is working for me.  So could you expand on what the problems are when you try to set it up.

Works for me on PC and Android, do you happen to be on Apple products?
