Ive received an email saying im going to be cut off in a couple of days due to my details being incorrect, there is a link, when I click on it, my anti virus/firewall blocks it as unsafe, ive tried to ring you but as the current situation means I can't get through to anyone.

Re: Fake email? asking for detail update

Consider in future not clicking such links but instead pausing to ask yourself would a reputable organisation issue such a time limited and threatening communication; they would not.

Also be extra vigilant as should a miscreant manage to compromise your security getting help maybe a trying experience given the pressures businesses are under at present.
