I have informed them.

The reason I think there are scammers within VM passing on customer details is that there was a missed payment. I stopped it because I had cancelled a contract.

Please investigate!

I have looked into your account and can confirm that no account security has been compromised.

 

There are definitely no missed payments and nobody has been in your account since July of last year.

 

if you would like me to look into this further, please respond to my private message and we can get this looked into further but I cannot see anything to say that a member of the team is passing out customer information.

It's Virgin Mobile the problem is with - not VM.
