Failed Registration

Hi, I cannot access the My Virgin Media registration at all. I have my VM account number at hand, and my area reference, however I have no idea under what form they have decided to process my long surname, so it doesn't let me into the account. Already tried to ring their call centre but for everything they ask me to plug in my account password (which I don't have since I haven't even been able to register). 

Please help!

Thanks for the post Adcda and welcome to our community.

 

The password they are asking for would be created when you set up the account services and you name as is on the account should be on the email confirmations.
