Re: F secure

Hello

There is no key given out, F-Secure is now 3mths free and then after the 3 months it is charged to your bill.

Have a look at https://www.virginmedia.com/help/what-is-virgin-media-internet-security and https://www.virginmedia.com/help/how-to-install-uninstall-virgin-media-internet-security the 2nd one has instructions of how  to install on devices.

Regards Mike

Re: F secure

I think they refer to F Secure Key

https://www.f-secure.com/gb-en/home/products/key

It was part of the previous referral offer to F Secure, but isn't part of the new Virgin Media Internet Security option.

Re: F secure

I believe the charge would direct to a credit or debit card rather than on your Virgin Media bill.

However either way, to cancel the subscription you'd need to contact F-Secure Customer Care on 020 3936 3621.
