Virgin Media cables are attached to my terraced home which I believe are used to provide neighbours with service. I am currently not a virgin media client. I have only become aware of this in recent months when work on the cables has left them very unkempt just outside one of my upstairs windows. Can someone from VM please DM me to discuss this?
