Emailed Hacked

I have an old blueyonder email address that has been hacked. I need the password changing. I'm no longer a virgin media customer so can't log in myself to change the password. Can someone help urgently please.

Thanks for using the Community Forums to get this issue with your hacked email sorted, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration 😥 I would be more than happy to look into this for you!

If you're no longer a Virgin Media customer then there may not be anything we can do apart from getting the email deleted from our server. This normally happens anyway 90 days after your account has been disconnected, although some emails to slip through the cracks. 

I'll send you a private message now so we can get this sorted for you.
