Can anyone please assist, from last Wednesday myemail address was hacked on Facebook and since then my LinkedIn account/Microsoft One drive account have all been shut down to me as well as all my passwords were changed and my recovery shut down to me.
Today my emails have now been shut down as this hacker now has control of my email address to, i’ve tried to change my password but to no avail, i desperately need this email address nullified ASAP or handed back to myself and made more secure again..
Makes matters worse that i’m abroad in Spain at the moment and can’t call for help 😞

Good morning, had discussions with both Ash and Ilyass from Monday 17th July with regards to my email address being compromised and used by a third party, was told this would be deleted by IT by Monday 24th July and informed when complete, i haven’t heard anything back at all to confirm, can someone verify for me that this has now been actioned and deleted?

Sorry to hear you have not yet had a resolution to your IT ticket request. I can see you have recently been in contact with our team via private message. It does appear that there is a slight delay in the estimated fix time. They will let you know updates on the ticket once they are complete. Please bear with us in the meanwhile while we work with IT to resolve this.

This happened to me! I only found out about it on Sunday and it had happened on 20,th July!!! Stupidly I'd used same password for my netflix and Amazon, and can remember strange transactions in the same week and having to reset our Netflix account🥴. I only discovered anything being when I went to run a security check on my Facebook and discovered password and email within that had been changed too!! I then opened my old Blueyonder email on an old phone, to discover a lovely message off the hacker in Arizona, telling me he had hacked me and if I didn't pay $400 to his bitcoin wallet, he was going to post videos of me "supposedly" doing rather rude stuff watching Porn , which he had "supposedly" captured on camera!!....and if I didn't pay up, it was all going out to all my contacts on social media for them to see!!! well 4 months on and I haven't obviously paid up, and nobody hasx received any such videos ,...mainly because they do not exist!!...but the whole thing has been a horrific stressful ballache!
I cannot gain control of my Facebook nor even close it down because anything I do gets sent to him for authorisation...I'm up the wall. Have managed to get the old Blueyonder account disabled by virgin yesterday after discovering this site...good luck...it's a nightmare.
I did read on here yesterday of somebody else having same thing happen on same date...!
