Hi,
My @virginmedia.com email address was hacked by people who tried to blackmail me and I need to delete the account. I can't sign into it because the password no longer works.
I no longer have an account with Virgin Media itself because I moved to an area with no cable TV some time ago.
Someone posted a similar query about a month ago and they were contacted by a member of the Forum team. Can anyone help?

We're sorry to hear you've had issues with your email address. As you're no longer a customer, the email address should have been deleted 90 days after the disconnection anyway so we can certainly help get this done for you.
