Sorry to hear your email account has been hacked and you're unable to reset your password and retrieve it, we'd love to see how to help with this.
In order to see what's best we'd need a bit more info, could you kindly confirm if you're an active VM customer and if you have cable services with us currently?
Also, do you have access to your MyVM account at the minute to see if you can find and manage your email accounts from there?
