Sorry to hear your email account has been hacked and you're unable to reset your password and retrieve it, we'd love to see how to help with this.

In order to see what's best we'd need a bit more info, could you kindly confirm if you're an active VM customer and if you have cable services with us currently?

Also, do you have access to your MyVM account at the minute to see if you can find and manage your email accounts from there?

1. The problem is the email account that is hacked was from an old virgin media account from 4+ years ok I have since rejoined virgin media and have a new email account this is because my old vm email wasn’t recognised by my VM so new email address which is fine. my old email account is the one that is hacked and I can’t log into my vm because pw has been changed and it does not allow me to change it.
