My blue yonder email address has been hacked. I have changed the password lots of times over the last 24 hours and it is still sending spam.
How do I get this to stop.

we have created another virgin.com email address but as we need to delete the primary one and use the new one, there is nowhere to do it.
It is sending spam everyday and we need to stop it.
We are unable to delete a primary email address but resetting the password should secure the account for you.
