Ebilling pin

Good evening

I seem to have the same problem as many others on here. I have come to log in to my virgin account but am stopped with a page requesting a 4 digit pin from an Ebilling email address. I have managed to gain access to this email address but have no 4 digit pin? 

I'm becoming increasingly annoyed as I have now been on the phone with the virgin technical team for the past 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS and received the same answer every time 'we will raise a ticket and get back to you'. 

Please can somebody help before I loose my mind!

I can see from the IT Ticket raised we have been back in touch 

Are you now able to access your online account?

I have the exact same problem with my ebilling pin being sent to a old email. Can someone help?
