ERROR: Forbidden

I’m getting the above message followed by this - We were unable to satisfy your request due to access control:

Unauthorized

this on the Safari browser. I’ve tried other browsers with the same effect.

Its only happening on one site attheraces.com no others, I’ve tried contacting them but

got no reply. This happened just recently. Could it be something to do with the server?

Any ideas welcomed.

Can someone advise why I can’t access attheraces in Safari on my iPad,
I get the following message

There is no problem on any other site with Safari.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with gaining access to the page.

Just to clarify however is this on MyVM? Also is this just from when you are trying to sign in?

Contact the site operator to resolve this issue. Should they continue to not answer then try via their registered email (recorded here Whois attheraces.com) reachable via Tiered Access.
