I received an email saying that I had changed my password, I did not.
I logged out and tried to log back in and my password no longer works.
I have tried to reset my password but each time I try, a message pops up "Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one".
I have tried different browsers and have the same issue.
Can you please help.

If you can get to this screen that's a good sign, I would try a simpler password and this should fix it. Cheers
