E-mail password has been changed without my authorisation.

I received an email saying that I had changed my password, I did not.

I logged out and tried to log back in and my password no longer works.

I have tried to reset my password but each time I try, a message pops up "Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one".

I have tried different browsers and have the same issue.

Can you please help.

Hi, I am having the exact same issue. I have been logged out of my Virgin emails and when I try reset the password, I keep getting the message 'Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one'

If you can get to this screen that's a good sign, I would try a simpler password and this should fix it. Cheers
