Hi everyone
So I received an email yesterday confirming my engineer booking for 26th March, here's the thing though, I never booked for an engineer!
Yes my wi fi has been having a lot of problems this week but I didn't get in touch with anybody at Virgin Media, I got in touch with VM today asking if they could find out what this was and how it got booked but honestly they were no help.
I look at my bookings in my Virgin Media and there is nothing, that is why I am asking if this is official.
