Welcome to our forums and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We would always request that any suspicious emails purporting to be from Virgin Media are forwarded to phishing@virginmedia.com. This is the quickest way of ensuring it's picked up by our Internet Security team. If the message is returned as spam, we are already aware of this particular example and have flagged it on our system.

 

We do keep a running update of known phishing emails on our Security Matters board. You can find this particular example you've shared in Saturday's phishing update.
