Did VM contact me

Someone phoned earlier and offered me " tons of stuff" was this VM and how do I cancel it.

I was offered 1000 channels, 350+router speed and kept saying its a loyalty thing so far nothing has happened and using this device isn't any quicker

Thanks for any help

Steve

Re: Did VM contact me

are you sure it was VM and not a scam.

Did you give any account details, personal details or bank/card details to the caller

Re: Did VM contact me

Thanks for getting back every other word out of his mouth was VM and luckily we are more careful than most and never give security or card details due to some scumbag some years ago trying to get into our accounts they are now in prison and we had long chat with fraud officers, although it now seems some new channels have been updated but we don't have 1000 and to be honest watch more stuff through YouTube than TV -Great through a 55inch TV but none of the account details have been changed and thats why we are worried just in case Steve
