I have ongoing dispute with Virgin Media following call from retentions in June. Customer services are unhelpful as possible. I asked for recording of the phone call, I received email and registered to download the Zip file with the call.
I haven't received any password to open the Zip. I have made numerous calls, made complaints but no one will give me the password which should have been sent via text.
Are you able to advise me how i can obtain password.
