Data Breech letter

I have just received a letter suggesting that my email account with virgin had been victim to suspicious activity.

It is possible that the security question has been changed as the site does not recognise my place of birth. I am seeking to reset the security question, but need my latest bill details. I have the amount form my bank statement, but not my bill date.

Seem to be going around in circles a little.

Any suggestions?

We need to pass security So I can access your account and get this fixed

If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
