Contacting the Fraud Team

Having spoken to customer services and logging a concern for the second time I was assured a member of the fraud team would be in contact within 48 hours.  Unsurprisingly I've had no contact.  Can anyone tell me how I can speak to the Fraud team please.  The customer services with Virgin is shocking.

The forum team are best place to take this forward, issue has been flagged to them however be aware it can take them a few hours / days to respond.
