Hi, I keep getting contacted by Viginmedia via the wrong email address. There’s no link in said emails to change this. Also when I log into my account it shows that all contact preferences are set to the correct email address- and yet they keep coming through to my old address (which I rarely check). Does anyone know how I can change this please?
Hi Chris. It’s regarding important billing stuff, prices going up, WiFi being altered, usage data becoming available etc. The sender is From: Virgin Media <email@example.com> I’ve just tried replying but the recipient address says donotreply so I’m guessing I won’t here anything back from them.
