Child safe not working

Has anyone else had this message, sorry your changes have not saved  when trying to select categories to block on child safe, if so how can I resolve this as soon as possible.

This  has been going on for days with no response from virgin.

Our IT teams are working on resolving this and hopefully they are able to resolve this soon. 

Are you getting this issue when using multiple browsers? ^Chris.

What is not changing or not working?

Are you changing to turn it on / off?

Are you trying to change a few settings like no games for example?

no games yes, chat, peer, also it doesn't block specific websites. I use websafe regularly, and turn settings on or off as and when needed, because the Virgin Media Connect App also doesn't work. Doesn't pause devices.
