Child Safe not working

I have just noticed child safe is not working, have signed into my account but despite saving the settings it still remains switched off. Cany anyone assist to get it enabled again.

To confirm, have you been able to try this on different web browsers?

Tried different browser and different devices, still the same I'm afraid.
