Child Safe not working 6 months

Child Safe is not working reported to VM. They now say it is fixed. However it is still not working.

Child safe in ON on my account. I am not using VPN. I cleared my PC DNS Cache.

Whats going on, why are so many people having this issue.

Its a serious subject why is there no step by step technical support for this issue or a fix ?

For Child Safe to work the device must be use Virgin Media's DNS. If you go to https://1.1.1.1/help, is the AS Name reported as Virgin Media?

My AS Name is "Virgin Media", I am really surprised "Virgin Media" are so poor at dealing with this technical issue and care even less.
