Hello,
i cant log in to my virgin media account. I set up my broadband about a month ago and have had an email from them about my bills etc, but i cant log in to any of my accounts?! It doesnt recognise my email, phone number, or account number…? We havent paid our bills yet and really need to!
Ive tried calling but its all automatic and when i input the acct number it doesnt like it.

We're sorry to hear of the issue with your online account, could you please tell us if you've tried to register on this page using your email address and if you managed to complete this process and create a password? Do you get an error during this process?
