Cant Change Router Password

Hi, despite numerous attempts I can’t get the Hub 3.0 to reset so that I can access the router settings. I haven't changed the log in password that are shown on the sticker. I’ve followed the step by step guide from the virgin website each time. Still, I can’t login to the Hub nor has it reset the password to default as indicated it would do. Any suggestions would be warmly welcomed!

Sorry to hear you had some problems resetting the hub's settings. Your post indicates it's sorted now, can you confirm that is the case?
