Cannot reset my password

I cannot reset my password. Every time I try, it says that my new password is not valid. I have tried on different browsers and different devices with no avail. I am trying to move house, and this is extremely frustrating and I will consider taking this to the consumer watchdog if I am not able to get a resolution ASAP.
