We have been having extremely poor service from Virgin Broadband and we decided to cancel the contract. we have been called by the retention twice who asked what they could do to stop us from leaving. We explained that if they fixed the problem we would be prepared to stay. On two occasions we were told that they would call us the next day but we are still awaiting a call back.
We are now in the situation that our contract with Virgin is about to end and as we were promised a call on Monday to resolve the situation but we're still waiting.
Please can someone from the retention team call me back urgently the service we are receiving is dreadful
